Administrative Assistant and Team Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  • Being the Administrative Assistant to Regional Chief Information Officer, Asia Pacific
  • Provide daily administrative co-ordination primarily for the IT team, and support to HR team
  • Handle travel arrangements and prepare business and travel expense reports
  • Arrange internal meetings and conference calls
  • Organize business meetings and conferences
  • Provide administrative support for regional projects
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for IT operational processes (e.g. IT audits, user manual updates, etc.)
  • Assist in IT on / off-boarding formalities (e.g. IT orientation, exit checklist, etc.)
  • Prepare and handle presentation materials
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties
  • Ad-hoc administration assignments
  • Requirements :

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 1-2 years experience in providing broad-based secretarial / administration support
  • High proficiency level with Microsoft Office : Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Take initiative to manage daily tasks is critical
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible with positive attitude and able to work independently
  • Experience working in a multinational environment will be highly regarded
