Responsibilities :

  • Handling customer service hotline, providing quality customer services, including handle inquiry & complaint through phone and email
  • Perform general administrative work
  • Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 1+ years working experience, preferably in the customer services / Sales support in insurance products
  • Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
  • A proactive team player and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Immediate available preferable
  • About Work :

  • 5 days work week
  • Non shift duty
  • Work location : Quarry Bay
