Your Role

  • Support the key operational processes, including developing and improving incident, problem, change and release management processes
  • Be responsible for the effective delivery of high severity incident coordination procedures and process for all in scope BUs in the APAC region
  • Manage and coordinate the major IT incidents for HK IT HUB and support the APAC Local country IC
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to analyze the trends, review PIR and track the action problem
  • Be responsible for the delivery of Disaster Recovery outcomes for HK, including annual DR test planning and coordination, annual DR test result reporting, Business BCP program, etc.
  • Support and coordinate the implementation of key IT operation initiatives, to ensure services developed or enhanced for the business are operationally fit for purpose and appropriate operational processes in place
  • Identify the appropriate service improvement initiatives and govern the incident processes to maintain the service quality by measuring the SLA and KPI of the in-house IT services and vendors
  • Prepare the reporting for all countries services from the IT HK regional HUB in the APAC region, such as IT Services Management reporting for KPI's
  • Your Skills and Experience

  • Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Systems Management / Software Engineering or related disciplin
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification or above is required
  • Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and working with support teams across multiple sites, geographies, countries and time zone is critical
  • Experience in Disaster Recovery processes is desirable
  • Sound understanding in process analysis and design and strong documenting and process mapping skills
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels who are not in technical background
  • Availability for on-call 24x7 support is required
