Provides consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services.

Job description :

  • Responsible for inbound calls from plentiful level customers and provide information on certain services to enhance customer relationships
  • Provide good customer service to achieve a superior experience to customers
  • Identify and respond to customer needs accordingly
  • Provide bank information and promote and cross-sell banking products to appropriates customers
  • Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for product, service and program improvement
  • Comply with company's policies and available procedures, guidelines to ensure safety and security of the bank and customers assets are maintained
  • Requirement :

  • BA degree with 1 year's customer service, call centre, and banking industry experience
  • Skilled in handle problems and complaint in customer service
  • Communication skills and good team player
  • Willing to work on shift duty
  • Fluent written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Professional qualification of HKSI - 1, 7 & 8 will be an advantage
  • IIQE license
  • Fresh graduated and lack of experience will also be considered
