F.5 or above with 3 years’ hands on experience in handling overall office administrative works

Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

A mature team player with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills,

Well-organized, dedicated, detailed-minded and result-oriented

Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Capable to communicate with all levels and work independently

Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving Licence is preferred

Responsibilities :

  • Handle all-round office administrative functions such as routine office maintenance support, renovation and relocation, purchase and renewal of insurance policies, procurement of office equipment / supplies and petty cash arrangement;
  • Perform general reception duties include handling phone calls, incoming / outgoing mails, couriers, greeting customer;
  • Supervise driver and office assistant to discharge their duties;
  • Outdoor work when required;
  • Assist in organizing company activities / events;
  • Assist in handling matters related to properties tenancy

  • Support HR work, ad hoc projects and duties as assigned;
