Aboutthe role

This is a multi-function role to assist day to day running of theaccounting, customers related matter, office general administration and supportbusiness in general.

Roles& responsibilities :

  • Work with sales andmarketing to prepare annual planning, quarterly forecast, monthly financial andmanagement reports
  • Take charge of allaccounting functions (AR, AP, FA, GL), monthly closing and tax filing (VATreturn withholding tax filing, income tax filing)
  • Ensure that thecompany complies with Corporate policies
  • Develop performancemeasures that support company’s strategic direction
  • Coordinate with CPAand auditors, and review annual financial report, tax return and transferpricing report
  • Handling customersinvoicing enquiries
  • Support ERP systemimplementation
  • Ensure effectivelogistics and customer service management
  • Officeadministration, health and safety etc.
  • Liaise with overseaoffice, external professional, and various support business units
  • Aboutyou

  • A degree holder inAccounting, Qualified Accountant
  • At least 3 years'experience in accounting, previous experience in international co. preferable
  • With generaladministration or office management experience preferable
  • Highly organized andbe able to work positively and constructively
  • Proficient in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Responsible and self-motivated
  • Good communicationskills, fluent in English
