Job Description : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

  • Identify current and future training and developmental needs
  • Assist in designing and expanding training curriculums / programs in accordance with the Bank™s strategies and the needs of the individual
  • Develop training materials of classroom and e-learning courses
  • Deliver training on banking operations and services as well as new hires orientation training
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Monitor and review trainees™ progress
  • Develop learning roadmap to facilitate staff development
  • Support ad hoc tasks or projects as required
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial industry
  • Basic knowledge of operating training video production equipment
  • Good understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Self-motivated and passionate with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in branch operations would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel & Word
