Explore new business opportunities with Global Accounts

Make phone calls or send emails to arrange business visits to new brands.

Present TALON products and promote professional solutions as a partner to deliver value-added service to their brands.

Evaluate customer’s background and analysis competitor’s strategy to implement appropriate service proposal to win nomination.

Manage existing Global Accounts to grow business volume

Maintain excellent relationship with existing brands through regular visits; identify their needs and present appropriate services to meet their goals.

Approach designers and developers to influence their merchandising decision from the beginning ideally a secure, exclusive nomination.

Provide prompt response and resolution to customer’s requests on product delivery, samples arrangement and price enquiry.

Get updated vendors list from time to time and share with local sales team.

Provide technical advices and solutions to Global Accounts

Understand the garment manufacturing and logistics processes from global brands and key vendors.

Identify areas where TALON could provide necessary or supplementary technical advice to vendors in order to bring additional value to them.

Organize technical seminars for existing and potential brands to build relationships with different levels of merchandisers and discover new business opportunities.

Conduct market research to study business strategy, positioning for both competitors and our own.

Collect market pricing, product information, discounts, services, facilities from brands, vendors and different channels.

Prepare analysis for presentation purposes.

Share market research reports to local sales team to give market insights eventually assisting them to acquire new business.

Utilize CRM to streamline information flow between global account and local sales team.

New Product Development (NPD)

Approach Global Accounts to strive for participating product development at early stage.

Obtain product details, volume, target prices and order period; identify potential quality concerns, communicating with NPD and customers to finalize the development.

Monitor NPD progress and push NPD team if necessary to deliver samples on time.
