The Estee Lauder Companies ( ELC ) Compliance program is dedicated topromoting an organizational culture of ethical business conduct and acommitment to compliance with the law.
Reporting to the Compliance VicePresident in our headquarters, this role will serve as a key member of the ELCGlobal Compliance team and support the development, rollout and monitoring ofvarious key compliance program initiatives, systems, and controls in the APACRegion.
What You WillAchieve
Develop and execute the strategic and creative program assets that enhance compliance controls and raise awareness of compliance topics across the region.
Perform due diligence and third-party risk assessment for Anti-bribery / Anti-Corruption and Trade Compliance;
Procure and implement governance, risk and compliance platform that support compliance controls;
Develop and drive annual compliance training and communication plans;
Serve as the main business liaison and escalation point for the region for all Anti-bribery / Anti-Corruption and Trade Compliance matters.
WhatYou Will Need
Degree holder with at least five (5) years related experience; preferably with good project management experience;
Strong commitment to integrity, ethical business conduct and compliance;
Ability to handle confidential matters in a highly discrete and sensitive manner; able to deal with ambiguity and uncertainties;
Culturally sensitive team player with excellent business savviness;
Other preferred skills : SumTotal LMS, Articulate Software, CCEP or equivalent compliance certifications, knowledge in GRC systems.
