Responsibilities : Daily operations
Support employees’ life cycle processes, like onboard, exit, contract renewal and probation review etc.
Maintain employees’ change information in HR system
Maintain employees’ personal file and ensure well documented
Be responsible for answering employees’ queries
Provide regular HC reports to the concerned team like leadership team, Finance etc.
Be responsible for administration works of some benefit programs
Be responsible for HR vendor payments related with Operation
Support internal and external HR related audit
Work closely with payroll vendor to ensure monthly payroll run accurately (check payroll report timely)
Be responsible for monthly employees’ pension administration (OSSO & MPF)
Support new hire and leaver’s tax filing and all employees’ annual tax filing
Work closely with Finance and bank to ensure payroll payment process run smoothly
Basic requirements :
Be familiar with the process of HK / Macau’s tax and social benefits contribution e.g. HK MPF
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experiences of using advanced HR system WORKDAY is highly preferred
At least 8 years of experience as HR officer / assistant
