    Technical Support Engineer

    Information Technology

    The successful candidate will take the responsibility to deliver high quality services, solutions and support to users. The primary responsibilities include :

    Responsibilities :

    Provide technical support to end users

    Perform Windows client and software installation and troubleshooting

    Perform user account management activities and documentation

    Support internal workflow application

    Liaise with local vendors and regional IT support team

    Assist the rollout of IT projects

    Requirements :

    Degree / Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline

    Minimum 3 years of experience in application and helpdesk support

    Experience in MS Windows 10 and Office365

    Knowledge of network infrastructure and Information Security

    MCSE / MCSA, ITIL is an added advantage

    Customer-focused attitude, responsible, good team player and dedicated to problem resolution

    Proficiency in both English and Chinese
