Scope of Job :
Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will deliver the attraction sales and marketing plans across all disciplines, including media, PR, online, and Trade, against commercial and financial results in line with business objectives.
You are also required to implement the group trade sales strategy from identified market sectors and deliver agreed volume and revenue targets in conjunction with the company strategy.
Act as a main point of contact for the key trade and business partner relationships; liaising with Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific markets;
working closely with the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and developing commercial opportunities where appropriate.
About the role.
In line with the Marketing Brand strategy, execute the on-going annual marketing plan for the Attraction to achieve volume and SPH through consumer and trade sales channels.
Identify audience insight and increase market share across key audiences to drive visits and maximize opportunity for repeat visits through effective guest experience and product development.
Ensure effective delivery of site PR, promotions, advertising, online, direct marketing and Trade Sales plan in line with target audience, measured ROI and overall Attraction brand plan.
Identify, secure and execute highly visible sales promotions with third party brand partners and combine ticket packages / partner attraction promotional activity.
Work alongside with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to create integrated trade sales channels and consumer marketing plan and develop framework to deliver revenue and volume delivery through third parties and trade channels of schools and groups.
Ensure that all sales and marketing activity is measurable and deliver ROI against budget and revenue.
You are a diploma or degree holder, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism Management with experience in tourism industry.
You have a minimum of 3 or more years in Sales and Marketing field.
You have strong learning agility, excellent interpersonal & communication skills, result-oriented, a great team player and looks for a long-term career development.
You have excellent salesmanship and account management qualities.
You are fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
You are confident in your computer knowledge on Microsoft Office (English & Chinese Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
You are willing to travel. You will also work in our Madame Tussauds attraction (at the Peak) and our LEGOLAND Discovery Centre attraction (at Tsim Sha Tsui) based on our weekly work requirement.
