  • Review Standby Letter of Credit (SLC) and Demand Guarantee (DG) transactions for workability in accordance with ICC and Wells Fargo standards
  • Issue, advise, amend, and bill Standby Letters of Credit (SLC) and Demand Guarantees within TradeWorks
  • Examine SLC and DG documents presented for drawing in accordance with instrument requirements, ICC standards, and WF practice
  • Process payments for SLC and DG drawings in TradeWorks
  • Participate in special projects and system enhancement testing as requiredaSSa
  • Assist with staff training as necessary
  • Maintain working knowledge of pertinent corporate systems to be used in daily activities in addition to the trade processing system used for L / Cs
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to Head of Operations as appropriate

  • Matriculate or above with 1 to 3 years' experience in bills checking / LC processing
  • Hands on experience in MS Words, Excel & Power Point.
  • Exposure in computerized banking facilities
  • Knowledge of commercial law and government regulations governing import and export bills e.g. OFAC, UCP600
  • Able to work on HK public holidays if fall on Mondays to Fridays
  • Able to work under Typhoon and Black Rainstorm situation
