We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Business Manager - Asian Wealth.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support the development of Wealth Strategy in Asia, along with oversight and monitoring of commercialisation and KPIs
  • Provide on hand support to develop strategy documents and updates working closely with regional and group strategy teams along with markets
  • Provide support to design and mobilise capabilities into markets, and aid in the reprioritisation of capabilities based on local market demand
  • Conduct regular reporting and tracking of performance across capabilities and conduct detailed analysis on performance to be presented to senior leadership
  • Establish and monitor design governance for wealth and work alongside global business architecture strategy to operationalise across other Value Streams
  • Designing, analysing and distilling complex strategies and business cases and effectively communicating these across business, transformation and IT teams
  • Responsible for the design through to delivery and oversight of multiple SVS across Wealth, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits
  • Establish project governance, including clear sponsorship, tollgates and steering committees
  • Act as point of escalation across SVS and capabilities for wealth and mitigate risks to ensure low impact to business operations
  • Requirements

  • Breadth of Perspective - demonstrates keen awareness of market trends and best practices, confident in stretching beyond comfort zone, incorporates multiple perspectives and broader picture in evaluating and solving problems.
  • Experience in the areas of retail investment, wealth management, asset management would be an advantage

  • Impact & Influence - uses in-depth understanding of the organisation to manoeuvre the matrix to garner stakeholder buy-in and balance competing demands, and has the stature and credibility to effectively interact with senior business executives across the organisation
  • Communication & Critical Thinking able to distil complex strategies and mobilise multiple sources of information into deep analysis that is easily communicable across senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Design & Delivery highly versatile and able to balance between broad strategic operating principles and design, and working with markets to operationalise business plans, alongside analysing and reporting data and MI to support business outcomes
