Our IT Operations, Systems Assurance and Shenzhen Technology Centre drives and leverages technology refreshment and best practice service management principles, to provide cost-effective and efficient infrastructure and technical environment, system / test assurance, data centre management, and valued end-user services.
You will :
Provide 1st tier support on reported fault and arrange maintenance vendor for remedy and maintenance services.
Supervise and ensure team members provide operational activities comply with policies, standards, processes and procedures
Work closely with portfolio managers, IT internal operation and end user to ensure user experience meets expectations and business demands.
Coordinate and monitor maintenance vendors to ensure timely maintenance and recovery action of related device problems, guaranteeing the maximum possible uptime and continuous availability of the services to users
Coordinate with other departments to understand their processes and provide improvement suggestion for BAU and project creation
Review incident record consistently and keep track of SOP documentation
Ensure the accuracy of computer equipment and spare inventory in system record
You should have :
Degree in related discipline is preferred
Five (5) year of (full-time equivalent) verifiable IT hardware related experience and vendor management experience is a must
Willing to work outside office hours and provide 7x24 standby support when required
Professional certificate(s) holder is preferable such as ITIL, MCP, PMP
Strong PC hardware & software, MS Windows, basic server & network knowledge
Passionate and is a good team player
Good communication skill and problem solving ability
Self-motivated with proactive attitude
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
