Finance Manager (Macau-Based)

  • Ensure financial statements are prepared in an accurate and timely manner for consolidated, local and subsidiary accounts, inventory costing and preparing management reports
  • Prepare Macau accounts for purpose of MUSIC Group consolidation
  • In-charge of preparation of global monthly report
  • Review Macau financial reports
  • Responsible for Macau's monthly financial report
  • Reconciliation of inter-company accounts
  • Preparation of daily bank and overview report
  • Review of costs incurred against budgets
  • Assist in MUSIC Group's annual budgeting process
  • Review and monitor inventory costing
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks which may be assigned from time to time

  • Manage and develop administration department in order to successfully support the operation and each division of the company, its subsidiaries and customers
  • Supervise activities performed in work units including but not limited to office management, implementation of policies, work unit's tasks management, budget control and payment approval
  • Manage administration staff
  • Develop, review and approve changes in policy, work flow and documentation that might affect productivity and efficiency
  • Supervise and perform special projects as required by the Company and provide support to ad hoc tasks
  • Ensure safe and adequate operation of the office including liaison with other locations
  • Requirements :
  • Degree in Accounting or ACCA or US CPA
  • Qualified accountant preferred
  • At least 5 years in accounting practice and 3 years in a managerial role
  • Solid background in management, planning, organizing, controlling and leading a team
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and multi-tasking skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; service-oriented
  • Team player, self-driven and results-oriented
  • Familiar with China manufacturing activities
  • Familiar with Macau Tax law
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of SAP and BPC system is an added advantage
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Can travel to Southern China (once a month)
