Job Responsibilities Provide assistance to Zone Senior Revenue Recognition Manager with the review of documentation and conclusion of transactions exceeding large deal review threshold Support Country Sales, Finance and Legal teams to provide pre-execution revenue recognition advice complies with IFRS 15 and Siemens Policies for large and complex deal Develop training materials and deliver ongoing training to country finances, sales and operation teams Building and sharing knowledge of best practice revenue processes Provide coaching and support to Country Finance and sales teams to ensure policies are applied consistently across countries Support Corporate teams by reviewing and providing evidence to Standalone Selling Prices and ad hoc requests Job Qualifications Qualifications, Accreditations & Knowledge : o Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related discipline o Familiar with revenue recognition rules (i.
e. IFRS 15) o Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and Mandarin) o Capable of communicating in Japanese and Korean is a plus Experience : o Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in Big 4 accounting firm o Experience in Software industry is preferred Competences and Personal Attributes : o Excellent communication and presentation skills o Ability to work in a team environment o Capable of working and being part of an international team o Apply common sense to situations and with deal with variable and complex information Working conditions : o Base in HK Siemens office o Report to Zone Senior Revenue Recognition Manager o Some travel may be required
