  • Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent)
  • More than 1 year custome service experience, preferably in contac centre environment
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficienct in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Customer-focus with good telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Working Location : Ngau Tau Kok
  • Working Hours : Monday Sunday, including public holidays 7 : 30 a.m. - 10 : 30 p.m. (5 days, average 42.5 hours per week)
  • Responsible for providing quality customer services to both local and overseas clients through 24-hours hotline. You will handle customer enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing, as well as to solve the problems and complaints from customers.
