Our client, a well-known corporate services division, is looking for a Admin Assistant to join its dynamic team :
To organize and expedite flow of documents for the branches and teams.
To schedule appointments for managers / Engineers and co-ordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel.
To organize and maintain files of correspondence and records, including confidential and sensitive documents by using the corporate electronic filing system.
To prepare standard and special reports in a variety of formats and to gather, summarize and present information using word processing and presentation graphics software.
Secondary school graduate with relevant customer service experience; diploma or degree holder in business administration or communication
Experience in handling email, social media (facebook, online chat) would be an added advantage
Good written communication (Chinese and English)
