Job Duties :
Assist in Administrative and sales commission processing, employment contract and leave administration and other related issues.
Responsible for Administration functions including office, warehouse and retail shops supplies, equipment and maintenance.
Coordinate with internal and external parties.
Perform any other ad hoc assigned by Management
Form 5 or above in business administration, HR or any related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Good command of both written in English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
Self-motivated, positive, independent, organized and good interpersonal skills
Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and able to work under pressure
Immediate available is preferred
