Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guest
  • Handle volume of courier
  • Handle incoming calls and enquire promptly
  • Manage conference room booking
  • Handle general clerical and administrative work
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties when necessary
  • Required Skills :

  • Degree above preferred
  • At least 1 years working experience as a receptionist, customer service, or similar role
  • Fluent of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded and work efficiently with independent personality
  • Responsible with Strong relationship management skills
  • Familiar with Computer skill, including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing etc.
  • Working Hour and Location :

  • every Thu 0900-1800 and other assigned day
  • Causeway Bay
