Financial Analyst (Inventory, Luxury retail)

About the company Our client is a global luxury retail brand, looking for an exerienced candidate in inventory control management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare budget and forecast, monthly analysis on margin, operating expenses and inventory
  • Perform inventory month end closing, stock transfer, RTV and stock adjustments according to company guidelines
  • Partner pricing office, merchandising, stores and warehouse to support price change events
  • Reconcile inventory data between systems and ensure inventory data are aligned; investigate on discrepancy
  • Support on all inventory related audit, follow up with action plan
  • Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in retail
  • Hands-on experience using JDA and / or SAP with proficiency in MS Office
  • A self-starter, fast learner, team player with ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
