Job Description

  • Oversee IT Retail Support Team to ensure all of the IT Retail related systems operate reliable during store business hours.
  • Coordinate with and support in new stores opening, store renovation and re-locations
  • Set up Service Level Agreement and measurement system
  • Lead the POS system enhancements implementation process
  • To ensure the Retail Support Hotline response met the SLA agreed with internal customers
  • To ensure the Hardware procurement and replenishment process is managed, to minimize any interruptions to the store operations during the store business hours
  • To ensure resources are allocated and balanced between operations and projects / enhancements
  • Provide training to end-users on POS / CRM
  • Professional Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum of 8 years’ experience in Programming / Application Support, in which 4 years as team leader
  • Experience in supporting retail POS and CRM, experience with CEGID BR or Y2 POS system is preferable
  • Solid experience in MS SQL
  • Software development or .Net programming is preferred
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated & good team player
  • Languages

    Good spoken and written English & Cantonese
