HR Executive - Benefits Operations
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to support all aspects of benefits administration and improve efficiency and productivity of Human Resources Shared Services.
Job Description :
Support in the medical insurance renewal process and vendor management.
Be responsible for employees’ medical benefits movement which will include but not limited to enrolment, internal transfer and termination of employment.
Handle Medical shortfall and monthly medical premium settlement
Be responsible for employees’ retirement schemes and its related administrations and ensure all processes are in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
Assist manager to work with key stakeholders to determine areas for optimization; develop solutions to continuously improve and streamline processes and to develop value adding enhancements.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to facilitate implementation of initiatives, system enhancement and programs so as to create value to the business.
Deal with the administrations related to club membership.
Address all queries related to employees’ benefits and resolve them in a timely manner.
Take up projects as assigned or when required.
Diploma holder with 5 years of hands-on experience in providing employees’ services
Knowledge and experience in dealing with medical insurance vendors
Experience to handle benefits transformation projects
Detailed oriented, deadline driven and work well under pressure.
Strong communication skills, ability to comfortably interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority, across the organization
