We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Global Trade and Receivables Finance Sales Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • To develop, cultivate and foster a strong and robust sales culture in the Business Development teams across Asia Pacific.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers across Asia Pacific, who are focused on multi nationals, large corporate and financial institutions, to support them in developing and implementing effective strategies for winning new clients in order to generate new income and support in developing and implementing effective strategies including initiating account strategic deep dives and portfolio reviews, to grow wallet share of key existing clients.
  • Partner with Global Banking and Commercial Banking key stakeholders to promote continuing and increased awareness of GTRF products, solutions, strategies and competitor information.
  • Coordinating with Global and Regional GTRF stakeholders in developing and executing strategic initiatives including but not limited to Sustainable Finance and Digitalization for in country GTRF teams.
  • Requirements

  • Exposure to Global Trade and Receivables Finance or other commercial banking products
  • Knowledge of the Global Banking and Commercial Banking markets both globally and specifically relating to the Asian environment
  • Broad knowledge of group strategy.
  • An appreciation of the global nature of the Group business.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinking and high level of business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to manage change in a complex fast moving environment
  • University level degree
  • GTRF relevant industry qualifications
