The Director must do this by using available resources efficiently and effectively. Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, and optimising team resources for the purpose of accomplishing the budgetary goals.

evaluation, self-intervention & self-development Geographic Scope of Role Mainly Hong Kong and Macau Responsibilities

  • Partial P&L Responsibility-responsible for creation of new business as well as cross sale opportunities to meet P&L Budget
  • Achieve a 98% Client Retention Rate / No loss business
  • Drive and lead new business and client profitability based upon annual agreed objectives
  • Transfer of knowledge across teammates
  • Develop, management and maintenance of pipeline
  • Lead & work with the team to deliver excellent services to clients

  • University graduate and / or holding of professional insurance qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude and customer-oriented mind set
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command in English & / or Chinese
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Proficiency in IT & systems literate Microsoft office & other broking systems

  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese & Mandarin

  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in insurance or construction related industry
  • ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or ACII qualified is preferable
  • IIQAS P&P Paper and GI Paper qualified
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
