  • Responsibilities :

  • To grow and develop a portfolio of Corporate Banking clients in order to maximize the Bank's return and minimize inherent risks
  • To solicit business opportunities, especially focus on the MPF and FI.
  • To widen the sources of referral so that to increase the customer’s base
  • To participate in the whole process of the referral cases until banking relationship set up
  • Maintain close relationship with customers and acquire new business through referrals and strategic partners
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior members
  • Cross-sell a full range of banking products
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder with 3 - 5 years of solid experience in the banking industry, especially in MPF / FI
  • Strong financial and analytic skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to build an effective and resilient sales culture that grows new relationships while deepening existing ones
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Holding of valid insurance and investment licenses
  • Sound credit analytical skills and profound knowledge in various commercial banking products
