We are looking for a high calibre candidate with passion in logistics management, process improvement and customer orientation.
This person will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations and working closely with the regional logistics team.

What does the role involve?
Working closely with business and regional logistics team to define roadmap for service implementation and development.
Develop local market understanding (competitor monitoring, customer needs) and propose services in line with business and Global / Regional Logistics Strategies.
Develop and coordinate a Marketing and Communication approach to Logistics services.
Act as a business partner to implement the service catalogue, including a charging policy (vital link between the logistic services, logistic operations and sales and marketing).
Own and drive projects to develop and implement (new) logistic services.
Lead or contribute as an expert to cross-functional roll-out / improvement projects.
Interact with key stakeholders to ensure effective end-to-end process flow and to implement global best practices.
Meet with key customers to understand their needs and introduce our logistics service solution.
Continuously thrive to balance service innovations and quality with cost efficient service execution.

What you need is :
Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, distribution & transportation with strong commercial sense and customer orientation.
Experience working in the sales & marketing department in logistics companies or product management experience related to services will be an advantage.
Good conceptual, process and project management know-how, good logical thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholders management.
Competence in meeting customers independently to introduce company’s logistics service solution.
Have the curiosity to self-learn and be resourceful.
Great teamwork mindset and can-do attitude with positive thinking and change mindset.
High proficiency in English & Chinese (written & spoken) and Cantonese is a MUST.
