Retail Marketing Manager / Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and establish the divisional marketing strategy in line with global guidelines
  • Communicate closely with global creative teams to ensure consistent and accurate and premium customer messages
  • Aim to drive the sales in the division and assist the retail stores in remaining a good relationship with the landlords / authorities
  • Work closely with consumer marketing manager, global and division operational teams to develop marketing event & promotion strategy, calendar and budget, based on specific business goals
  • Maintain alignment with internal teams to manage external vendors and drive all marketing initiatives such as but not limited to promotions and partnership activities
  • Implement marketing KPIs, analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions & events
  • Monitor and control Airport promotions budget
  • Key Requirements :

  • Over 8 years of experience across consumer goods in the retail industry; travel retail and retail marketing preferred
  • Degree in business administration, marketing or similar
  • Successful track record of developing and implementing marketing and retail marketing / sales strategies
  • Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy
  • Project management skills
  • Solid business acumen
  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Excellent people, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, active listening and team skills
