主要職責

  • Perform the duty of kitchen helper and support Chef in banquet (dishwashing, food purchasing and preparing) in office or other catering venue arranged by company.
  • Operate kitchen equipment (e.g. oven, steamer) and carry out regular cleaning for kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and hygiene kitchen area.
  • Stock take and maintain the inventory of kitchen items (e.g. tableware, kitchen utensils, tablecloth etc.)
  • Back-up tea lady duty when necessary
  • Organize the uniforms laundry and maintain proper record. Check the cleaned uniforms and return to storage
  • 要求

  • Willing to work in flexi working hour. (i.e. overtime, working in weekend etc.)
  • Self-motivated, willing to take initiative and with a high work discipline
  • Ad hoc tasks designated by supervisor
  • Experience in catering industry is an advantage
