The Employer :
A leading foreign-invested construction industry supplier in Hong Kong is looking for a competent personal assistant to provide professional PA and project follow up support.
The Position :
Reporting the CEO, the position to provide full secretarial, administrative and organizational support to the CEO with a strategic role in following up corporate communications and business intelligence matters.
Provide full personal, secretarial, administrative support to the CEO
Ensure all forms of communication, written and spoken, to both internal and external contacts at all levels are disseminated effectively
Schedule and coordinate management meetings, business review meetings, board meetings, conferences and appointments
Record minutes of meetings as appropriate
Handle travel arrangements, bookings of hotel accommodations and expenses claims
Ensure the effectiveness of the filing and record-keeping systems
Work independently on confidential documents and correspondences as required
Handle the preparation of all the reports and papers required by the Executive Committee
Liaise with relevant parties in connection with the holding of the Executive Committee Meetings, and prepare various reports and analyses
Act as a bridge between the senior management and internal parties for report consolidation and on business issues.
Assist in liaison with external parties in connection with the projects and / or assignments on Communication and other Business Projects
Training and experience in secretarial duties
Min 10 years. relevant working experience, with min 3 years as PA to the company CEO in a multinational company
Working experience with business projects is an asset
Good command Mandarin an advantage
Sound knowledge in operating computer software(s)
Capacity in minutes taking and producing quality work independently
Pro-active, pleasant, presentable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and self-organized
Positive attitude, responsible for good interpersonal and administrative skills to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Ability to keep confidentiality with high integrity
Maturity with a good analytical mind and organizational skills
Self-initiative and able to work under pressure
University - Bachelor's Degree / 3-4 Year Degree
