Lead a small team of customer service professionals to deliver quality services to customers and achieve the service standards Support sales team in offer and contract preparation Create, check and follow up sales orders with material management team Coordinate onsite supervision and prepare periodic site reports Handle customers’ enquiries and resolve their issues Review and enhance business processes and coordinate ad hoc projects relating to customer services and systems Manage project closure including meetings with customer, invoicing, material return, repair and payment collection Other ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred Experience in scaffolding and formwork or equivalent experience in construction industry Basic understanding of engineering knowledge and local practices 6 years’ experience in customer facing role, preferably sales functions Project management experience is an advantage Proficient in CRM system and business operating processes relating to customer services Systematic thinking, Strong analytical and communication skills Pro-active and pragmatic mind-set Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
