Our Hong Kong Summer Internship Program is a great introduction to what a trainee contract at MoFo would offer you and the best way for you to demonstrate your potential with us.
Each year we run two summer programs. The summer programs take place in June and July. These programs are for students in their penultimate or final year of a qualifying law degree planning to take the PCLL and to undertake a training contract in Hong Kong.
Each program lasts for four weeks and we take up to five interns for each of the June and July programs. The interns will work on real client transactions and contribute as a valuable part of the team.
Each one is assigned an associate mentor who will help him / her settle in. Formal and informal social events will be available to give the interns a chance to get to know the partners and associates and experience our unique culture.
By the end of the internship, you should have a good idea of whether the legal field is the career for you and whether MoFo is the right place for you.
The internship forms part of our recruitment process and upon completion of the four week program, candidates who wish to be considered for a training contract will be interviewed and assessed.
