Cigna Hong Kong has combined 4 business lines, i.e. Global Health Benefits (GHB), Local Health Benefits (LHB), Global Individual Private Medical Insurance (GIPMI) and Local Individual Private Medical Insurance (LIPMI).
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the incumbent is responsible to create and execute effective marketing and communication plans, dedicatedly for our Group Health and Employee Benefits businesses so as to build Cigna’s brand awareness and preference.
Job Responsibilities :
Acquire full understanding of Cigna’s brand mission, products, value propositions and be able to communicate the essence in the full range of advertising materials;
Plan and execute PR activities for our Group Health Businesses to drive brand awareness and preference in market;
Identify and execute the CSR projects to develop and enhance Cigna’s professional image as healthcare provider focusing on Health and Well-being ;
Keep abreast of market intelligence that contributes to new marketing campaigns and business initiatives;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the execution of identified business priorities;
Partner with Sales, Digital, and Customer Proposition teams to promote and drive sales of new propositions for the Group Health segment;
Monitor and manage campaign budget according to business plan;
Prepare business reports to monitor the campaign effectiveness.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant disciplines;
Minimum 6 years in PR; financial industry experience an advantage;
Demonstration of growth mindset to embrace challenges;
Independent and self-motivated in developing both online and offline marketing campaigns to meet customer needs;
Creative, good organizational skills, mature and able to work on multi-tasks;
A good team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
