Responsibilities :

  • Supply chain functions including order management, logistics, inventory management and procurement
  • Support inventory planning; manage inventory level and minimize excess and obsolete inventory
  • Manage 3PL service provider to make sure effective use of warehouse space
  • Responsible for budgeting
  • Maintain effective communications with subordinates, overseas counterparts and external vendors
  • Prepare regular reports and data analysis for planning and management review
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • High Diploma / Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in retail industry is preferred
  • Good communication skills and highly motivated to collaborate with people from all levels
  • Problem solving skills and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred
