Senior Officer, Group Sales Support
Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong

The incumbent is responsible to support the Group Business teams for all sales / clients support and administrative activities so as to maximize the effectiveness of internal processes and optimize service levels to our clients and producers.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative, sales and client support to the Group business team;
  • Act as key contact to brokers and clients in relation to the quotation preparation and implementation setup stage; and for the annual policies renewal cycle;
  • Handle new business inception and follow-up with Sales / Client Management team and internal teams, such as Operations team, Underwriting team, for outstanding documentation to ensure new policies are incepted and / or renewed on a timely basis;
  • Assist in preparing member briefing, pre-sales or post-sales materials to the teams;
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure all policies can be issued in a timely basis;
  • Raise suggestions and improvement ideas on business issues and workflow to drive operating efficiency;
  • Ensure all records are organized, well-kept and in line with the AML & Compliance requirement;
  • Responsible for other administrative duties as required including managing inventory for sales materials and premium tables;
  • handling invoices, etc.;
  • Assist on any ad-hoc business projects as assigned.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Degree with a minimum of 1 year’s related Administration / Operation work experience in Insurance industry. Applicants without a degree but specialize in Administration will also be considered;
  • IIQE Paper 1,2,3 required, examinations can be taken upon joining;
  • PC literate - solid knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese and English, both verbal and written;
  • Experience in Anti-Money Laundering / Compliance knowledge is preferred (but not a must);
  • Detail-minded, organized and able to work under pressure and tight timeline;
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
