The Job

  • Drive and deliver market competitive and forward-thinking reward practices and policies at group and across the respective operating markets.
  • Deliver trusted and practical advice to the businesses on reward strategies
  • Build strong governance and improvement practices by partnering closely with local reward and HR teams to enhance quality, consistency, compliance and efficiency of reward programs and change proposals across markets.
  • Strengthen the reward infrastructure by leading improvement projects and solution delivery on tools, processes, knowledge management and data analytics.
  • The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 5 years of experience in Reward or related practices
  • Analytical with ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong sense of governance in a matrixed environment
  • Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills
  • Growth mindset with keen interest to drive improvements
