Our client is an investment company and now looking for a contract Receptionist / Admin Assistant to support their team.

Job Description :

  • Greet high-ended guests at the Reception desk
  • Manage meeting and meeting rooms setup
  • Co-ordinate Catering service with tea ladies
  • Take care of office administration work assigned by Office Manager and back up other Admin colleagues when needed
  • Perform any other ad-hoc requests from management
  • Requirements :

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, native in Mandarin is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years reception / Admin experience, with admin experience in bank, hotel or catering services industry is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable & Cheerful personality
  • Work from Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
