Our client is a well-reputed, rapidly growing, HK-based F&B group. In order to cope with their business expansion and transformation, they are currently looking for a C&B Manager to oversee their C&B function.
Job duties :
Lead a C&B team to provide full spectrum of C&B related services include but not limited to staff cost budgeting, compensation benchmarking and structures, incentive plans designing, total rewards development, job grading, and HRIS implementation etc.
In charge of the company's payroll and fringe benefits administration, and tax reporting, etc.
Review and suggest improvements on the company's HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency and support ongoing business growth
Provide C&B related analyis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, such as HR analytics study, workforce planning, benefits survey, and HR costing etc.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Job requirements :
Degree holder in Business Management, HR or equivalent is preferred
At least 7 years of C&B operations experience, ideally with experience in a team leading / supervisory role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
Great team player with the ability to work independently
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment practices in Hong Kong
HR technology savvy and proficient in MS suite
Excellent command of English and Chinese
