Our client, a well-known e-commence company is looking for a contract Customer & Operation Services Officer to support their banking service.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Provide excellent and responsive service to clients by phone and online platform
Handling general customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners and offer relevant products, services and solutions
To handle customers enquiries and to provide necessary support for the customers;
To liaise with various departments in front and back offices to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
Night call response (off-site / shift) maybe needed for emergency complaints
Qualification & Requirements :
College degree or above, 2 years working experience or above
Good service etiquette and skills, customer-oriented, proactive
Good Cantonese listening and speaking, good understanding of English and Mandarin is preferred
Experience in call center customer service or bank customer service is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and accept shift arrangement
Immediate available / short notice will be preferred
5 days work in Causeway Bay; 1 year contract (renewable); Salary will be considered according to experience and competence.
