about the role

Campaign Sales executives are, first and foremost, sales people, and will need to build strong, lasting relationships with our restaurant partners.

They also need a nuanced understanding of digital marketing to consult with partners on what offering fits their needs best, and must be able to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders to communicate how Chope’s marketing platform can reach a diverse range of market segments effectively and efficiently through the following :

Develop demand through focused email and phone engagement

Cultivate and qualify leads by assessing opportunities and needs, and communicating value propositions to restaurant partners, following up in a timely manner

Meet mutually agreed upon monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain relationships with key marketing decision-makers

Proactively conceptualise new marketing campaigns and mechanics to better engage existing restaurant partners

Work closely with the Marketing team to offer current, effective, and relevant marketing initiatives for our partners

Constantly relay feedback to other departments for future product developments

Analytical, detail-oriented, and conscientious

Independent and result-driven mindset

Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and Office suite of software

Able to meet tight deadlines and produce work with quick turnaround

Possess a natural ability to network and build lasting business relationships

Ability to do a consultative sell

While not required, the following skills / experience will be favourably considered :

Existing user of the Chope app

1-2 years prior sales experience

Experience in digital marketing, including familiarity with channels such as PPC, SEO, social media, as well as concepts as such CTA, and conversion funnels

Experience with e-commerce platforms
