Responsibilities :

  • Manage P / L, build brand strategy and business plans to drive brand development sales growth
  • Brand champion of multi-brand in the categories of personal care and cosmetic
  • Identify the business challenges, potential of development and competitive marketplace
  • Responsible for overall brand positioning and to enhance brand image
  • Drive and monitor retail sales performance and ensure achievements of sales and profitability targets
  • Drive business objectives and analyze sales achievements for brand strategy development to maximize business results
  • Deliver full top lines sales growth as well as bottom line profitability of the business
  • Manage brand P / L and AP budget and ensure proper management control in cost and expenses
  • Orchestrate and manage all products launches, marketing activities, trade activities and sales promotion in order to achieve targets and within budget
  • Ensure high customer engagement at every level and develop long term strategic plan by effectively manage key stakeholders to build strong partnership relation
  • Lead and manage business and marketing analytics. Explore and communicate industry-trends, customer insight and competitive shifts, emerging opportunity to influence campaign messaging and positioning, facilities brand values for brand building
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Marketing; Business Management or related disciplines
  • More than 10years managerial experience with track record in brand building in a multinational corporation. FMCG / Personal Care experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to identify and articulate a clear business strategy and take the lead in its implementation
  • Fluent in spoken written Chinese and English
