Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all compliance issues, establish and maintain the Compliance Manual
  • Monitor activities to ensure that the whole operations complied with the legal and regulatory requirements
  • Develop compliance program and training to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide practical advice on compliance issues
  • Perform compliance checking to monitor the compliance status of the company
  • Review internal policies and procedures
  • Ensure company's operations meeting with all regulatory requirement and industry guideline and practices
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder preferably in Law or related disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of Banking Ordinance, Securities & Futures Ordinance and related Codes
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in financial institution
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Solid experience in liaising and dealing with the regulators
  • Career Level : Middle
