Marketing & Portfolio Lead

  • Supports marketing planning across different channels and execution of marketing plans.
  • Works with Senior Marketing and Portfolio Manager to establish marketing strategies and promotional plans.
  • Supports new product launches and develop marketing program for key products.
  • Coordination with distributor(s), regulatory department, customer service, and logistics department to ensure timely launch of new products and supplies.
  • Provides product training supports to sales team and support promotion campaigns.
  • Works with Sales team for KOL and Key Account Management (KAM) Development & implementation.
  • Works with Senior Marketing and Portfolio Manager to set up sales management information system to monitor sales activities, project sales forecast, sales execution and decision-making.
  • Qualifications / Experience / Skills

  • Science or business degree in applicable discipline (Marketing / product management)
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in pharmaceutical industry (at least 3 years in marketing role), good knowledge of the industry
  • Experience in managing branded generic products.
  • Digital marketing experience is an added advantage
  • Experience working in multi-national healthcare related companies
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
