PMO / Project Executive

Your Role

Work at PMO for project administrative and governance, bids / tenders support

Manage and control all project related documentation with financial details to ensure that reports in control and manageable manner

Establish formal project reporting guidelines, procedures, and templates for effective regular project reporting

Develop and prepare various management reports to illustrate projects status

Support and regular updates ISO / Quality related procedure and documentation

To succeed in this role

Degree / high diploma holder or above with 2 years of relevant work experience

Self-motivated, reliable, and seek continuous improvement

Smart, passionate, presentable with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; experiences of working with diverse teams

Good team player striving for team success and win-win results

Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office Suite with good analytical skill

Good command of spoken & written English & Cantonese
