Job Description :

  • Provide full range of secretarial supports to the Directors.
  • Prepare various correspondence, reports, proposals, minutes and presentation materials.
  • Schedule meetings and business appointments, including transportation and accommodation arranging.
  • Perform administrative, clerical and secretarial duties.
  • Maintain confidential documents and a proper record system.
  • To manage any ad hoc project as assigned by the management.
  • Requirement :

  • Fresh graduates of any disciplines are welcome.
  • Willing to learn & able to work O.T. & under pressure.
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese Languages.
  • Be responsible and spontaneous.
  • Presentable, good at multi-tasking and detailed oriented.
  • Well-organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
