  • Computer skill in Word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese word processing
  • Responsibilities : -

  • To provide full secretarial and administrative support
  • To handle correspondence independently
  • To arrange appointment, meeting schedule and itinerary
  • To prepare presentation materials, reports, meeting agenda, take minutes, organize events
  • To handle ad-hoc assignments
