Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of two and be the project champion in driving talent management strategies and programs
  • Work closely with the business leaders and HR business partners on the talent identification process
  • Manage the succession planning programs for key positions at the leadership levels
  • Implement assessment tools and facilitate talent discussion / review session to keep track the development progress of talents
  • Design and implement new and innovative talent management programs such as career ladders, job rotation, across all levels of talents
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid HR experience of which a focus in Talent Management / Development
  • Experience gained from sizable organizations with track record on design, development and implementation of talent management programs / projects
  • Familiar with different talent assessment tools
  • Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
