  • Overall responsible for financial reporting and analysis for DBS bancassurance business. This include ensuring smooth month-
  • end close and proper reconciliation process are in place for both Life and GI business.

    As a key person to liaise with Finance and other internal business units on all financial related matters To develop / utilize existing MI reports to facilitate business performance review and monitoring of business trends and forecast against budget (inclusive of preparation of presentation materials and dashboards to Management).

    Proactive use of data to help drive business and enhance product mix analysis. To strengthen financial governance and compliance of DBS Bancassurance team.

    This include periodic review of key controls on financial process, review and maintenance of standard operating procedures for commission income reconciliation, month-

    end closing, MJE posting and GLAO reconciliation. As a key person to liaise with external business partners including Manulife, Chubb and MSIG to address MIS requirement, commission fee transactions and enquiries Provide support to annual PwC onsite audit reviews and other regulatory (HKMA / MAS) enquiries or audit.

    Requirement :

    More than 8 years of experience in Accounting and Financial reporting roles within Banking or Insurance Industry CA, CPA or equivalent is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build good working relationships with different business, management and other functions.
