Your Role :
Foster a healthy, collaborative culture, where your team feel valued and heard
Help drive the teams' impact, guiding them to achieve a high level of technical productivity and reliability
Collaborate with various teams (designers, product managers, etc.) to develop the technical roadmap'
Help to expand the team further by screening, interviewing, hiring, growing, and retaining talent

Key Requirements :
You should be currently managing a team of at least 3 developers
You have deep experience with system design and OO languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Go, Java )
You enjoy working in an Agile, fast-paced environment
